Spring Certification
Workshop Update
The spring 2008 PMP Prep Workshop had record attendance. Of the 34 students we had 10 current PMPs attended and earned 24 PDUs toward the 60 they need to maintain their PMP status. 10 other students plan to take the PMP Exam in the next 3 months. Thanks to everyone from the Certification Committee who assisted in the putting on the workshop: Betty Jane Hughes, Cliff Vaught, Tom White, Paul Procopio, Rick Kaewer, John Lombardi, Tobie Hanekom, Viquar Shaikh, Greg Hammock, Chris Karstens, David Klein, Nancy Ingalls, Debbi Corbett-Cooper, Melvin Washington, and Chris Bobber. A large part of the workshop's success was due to our instructors. Please join me in thanking: Susan Thomas, Debbi Corbett-Cooper, Julie Gravitt, Rick Pellegrino, Don Lorenzetti, Robert Young, John Festa, Sharon Robbins, Walter Stone, Bob Segrest, David Klein, and Harvey Summers
The next activity for the certification committee is to hold instructor auditions towards the end of July or beginning of August. If you are interested in instructing at a PMP Prep Workshop please watch the pmicvc.org Website under certification and your email for upcoming information.
We plan to announce the Fall Workshop dates by the end of May.
