Sponsor a Chapter Dinner Meeting - $500

The chapter hosts 18 dinner meetings per year offering a variety of topics, recognized speakers and networking opportunities for our membership. Sponsorship includes:

  • Logo with link in Home Page for 1 month (see below for details)

  • Logo with link in meeting reminder (see below for details)

  • Table or booth to market your company/product during registration and adjourn

  • Mention in the meeting slides with up to 5 minutes of speaking time

  • Meal for 2 people

 

An ad on the PMI CVC home page - $250

www.pmicvc.org is currently seen by an average of 5,000+ visitors per month, which makes our website a great pay-per-click value. Sponsorship includes:

  • Logo with link on Home Page for 2 months (Note: Logo in gif, jpg, or other readable format can't exceed 170 x 170 pixels.)

Sponsorship of a PMI CVC newsletter - $100

Our newsletter is e-mail directly to 1,500+ area project managers. The newsletter is issued 6 per year (odd months) and available on-line at any time. Sponsorship includes:

Sponsorship of an RSVP meeting reminder - $75

The dinner meeting reminder is directly e-mail to 1,500+ area project managers in months with meetings (18 per year on third Wednesday & Thursday of the month, none in August and December). Sponsorship includes:

  • Logo with link in email reminder sent one week before dinner meeting

Direct email to members of the Job Opportunities list - FREE!

This is a great way to recruit top talent from our Central Virginia membership base! Just submit your listing describing the opportunity and your contact information including the email address to which questions can be directed to pmicvcjobs@pmicvc.org. You may be contacted by the Chapter with further questions before the e-mail is sent to our members.

Golf Tournament Sponsorship - Cost Varies

The annual golf tournament helps to fund a great cause. The PMI CVC 4th Annual Elizabeth Murray Scholarship Golf Tournament will be held on Tuesday, May 12th at Hunting Hawk Golf Course.
