About Bruce:
Bruce Falk, PMP, is a senior partner with H. C. Phoenix Group in the Washington D. C. area. Bruce has more than 35 years experience as a project manager and consultant. He has worked in staff and management positions for IBM, helping both large and small organizations achieve significant success. At IBM, he initiated and led a national team in reengineering massive changes to long standing processes, resulting in notable savings, increased productivity, better morale and improved customer satisfaction. He currently teaches courses specializing in risk management, schedule and cost control, Earned Value Management, PMP certification, presentation skills and project management applications to many Fortune 1000 companies and government entities.
Bruce has been a guest speaker for the Richmond PMI chapter several times over the years. His high energy, dynamic presentation provides an entertaining learning experience, well worth the investment.
