Topic “"Marketing Project Portfolio Management. Selling a
Methodology to a Skeptical Organization". He will cover recent
trends in methodologies and their effectiveness and how they relate to
the possibility of PPM becoming accepted within an organization.
These trends will include the barrage of Six Sigma, TQM, Lean and
Agile project management that has inundated organizations and has made
them jaded to the effectiveness of yet another process improvement
odyssey. He will also cover, briefly, the international view of PPM
and various process improvement methodologies and how they are
believed to impact doing business with U.S. companies.
