Our last PMO LIG session of the year will be a moderated discussion exploring the characteristics of well-run PMOs (or not so well-run PMOs). 
Participants are asked to share with fellow attendees in an engaging, interactive discussion format.

Each participant is encouraged to:

  • share your PMO knowledge and experience
  • bring your "best practices"
  • discuss your challenges, and
  • help provide ideas on how to resolve PMO challenges.
