March 13-14, 2010 Professional Development Seminar
PMI CVC Professional Development Seminar: Scrum Master Certification Workshop (16 PDUs) - Program number C094-100313.  Presented by Lyssa Adkins. The seminar will be held over 2 days (Saturday, March 13 and Sunday, March 14), starting both days at 8:30 am and ending at 5:00 pm at Sheraton Park South Hotel. PMI CVC PMO LIG Meeting: The Project Management Institute - Central Virginia Chapter has formed a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Local Interest Group (LIG). The goal of this PMO LIG is to further the education and development of Project, Program and Portfolio Management through information sharing and ongoing dialogue. Our presenters for this meeting is Constance Scott. 6:00pm - 7:30pm at the Staff Focus Building (4198 Cox Road, Glen Allen, VA).

Registration for this event is FREE, and you earn 1.5 PDUs for attending. We do ask that you register for the event.

The Spring Certification Workshop Is Coming In May!
Broaden your career potential and become PMP certified! PMI CVC holds two certification workshops annually — in the Spring and Fall. Individuals are encouraged to begin on the path to becoming a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) by attending this valuable 3-day workshop.

The workshop will be offered on 3 consecutive Saturdays in May —May 8th, 15th and 22nd from 8:30am to 5:00pm at the Sheraton Park Hotel. Additional details can be found on the Certification Committee page and on the Certification Workshop FAQs. You can also register online now.
