Staff Focus Building, 4198 Cox Road, Glen Allen VA This presentation will look at a real world, large-scale implementation of an Enterprise Program Office at AOL. This EPO provided support to PMO’s in an IT environment that involved a large geographically dispersed user population of over 6,000 staff. It will cover aspects that include structure, roles, adoption and some of the many cultural issues associated with large-scale implementations.
