About our Guest Speaker: Robert Howell, MBA PMP
Robert G. Howell, has been working for the Northrop Grumman Corporation for approximately 10 years, and has over 24 years experience managing information technology, submarine warfare, nuclear power plant, and executive decision support systems. Robert also has skills in program management, vision, understanding multiple system issues, and technology integration, which has made him instrumental in cost savings.
In addition, Robert has teaching expertise in program and project management, earned value, budgeting, decision support systems, systems operations, monitoring, and control and response.
