Randy Peeler will present a brief overview of the planning and efforts to define and formulate a centralized IT project management office for the United Network for Organ Sharing - UNOS, a national non-profit organization that manages the organ transplant recipient waiting list and list of living and deceased donors. As this initiative is just beginning it provides a unique opportunity for Randy to share his vision, experiences, challenges, alternatives and solutions as a "case study" for the Central Virginia Chapter of PMI.
