Meeting No-show Policy

We are required to provide a final head count to the meeting facility 48 hours or more prior to the meeting and the Chapter is committed to provide payment based on that head count. If, after having made a reservation, you find that you are unable to attend, please 'unregister' by using the links and confirmation number provided in your online registration confirmation email from CVent or navigate to the registration system from this page http://www.pmicvc.org/currentregistrations.htm.

Cancellations after noon of the Monday preceding the meeting are subject to the full charge. This ensures that the Chapter does not incur expenses on your behalf and allows the Programs Committee and the venue to provide proper seating and quality service for those attending.

We make a few extra reservations for those who hear about the meeting at the last minute or find they can attend due to last minute changes to their calendar. However, the meeting facilities have a limited ability to serve walk-ins. Do not hesitate to come if you find yourself in this situation, as we are usually able to work it out.
